Refunds may be granted if:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Invalid key
- Duplicate purchase
- Key cannot be activated and no replacement is available
Refunds are NOT available if:
- License has already been activated
- Wrong product selected by customer
- Software incompatibility
- Customer changes their mind after successful delivery
Replacement Policy
If a product key is defective, we will verify the issue and provide a replacement whenever possible.
