All products sold on scoremc.store are digital products delivered electronically.

Refunds may be granted if:

The product key has not been activated or used.
The customer received an incorrect product.
The product key is invalid and our support team cannot provide a working replacement.
A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.

Refunds cannot be provided if:

The activation key has already been redeemed or activated.
The product was purchased by mistake after successful delivery.
The customer does not meet the software publisher's system requirements.
The software was suspended due to misuse or violation of the publisher's license agreement.
